Congratulations goes to our u8b team who won the Libertyville tourny this past weekend with 4 wins from 4 games!
Great games and Go Euro!
Memorial Weekend tournaments were all rained out but our U10 Girls didn't let it get their play or spirit down! Girls flash smiles and hugs as they led their bracket up until the rain-out at the Park Ridge Soccer Memorial Weekend Tournament....
Battling the elements of Mother Nature as well as solid competition from in and out-of-state teams, the U14 Girls return after weekend tournament play in southern Illinois (April 15-17, 2011).
Traveling by motor coach bus, the experience strengthened the bonds of teamanship by participating in the 27th Annual Spring Classic, hosted by the St. Louis Scott Gallagher SC, in Collinsville, Illinois. The U14 Girls got a taste of 'life of a traveling soccer player' --- how to have fun while putting out your best work ethic.
Euro took top honors playing throughout the winter at the Libertyville Sports Complex in their indoor soccer league - Varsity Division. Posting an undefeated record and only one tie, the boys now move on to outdoor training and league play in the NISL.
Congratulations! YOU ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!!
Euro Team depart from O'Hare for Virginia College Showcase!
A team composed of Euro U16s and U17s high school girls participated in the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club hosted President's Day Cup & Showcase in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Weather could not have been finer in the 70s with blue sky to boot!
Many East-coast college coaches came to evaluate and recruit during this past weekend giving our players the visibility they worked so hard in training to gain.
Not only did the girls get to 'show' in front of the college coaches but they got to 'SEE' and tour college campuses such as University of Richmond and College of William and Mary.
This trip marks the 'final hurrah' for our high school girls teams as we turn them over to their high school teams for their Spring Season. One last practice before the 'great divide' between club soccer and IHSA rules comes down.....A great finish to our 2010-2011 club season!

August B-B-Q success! Friday -- the 13th! We had a great turnout of well over 95 people and great weather --- who could ask for more?!
Thanks to all that came out to enjoy cheeseburgers and hot dogs right off the grill -- and shared the many sides and desserts. What fun it was to play soccer against parents and coaches, the face-painting and water balloon toss/fight! Wow, we got it all in before the storm rolled quickly in by dusk.
Euro Soccer Club has established a new program tailor made for 4-6 year olds -- we're calling it SOCCER TOTS.
SOCCER TOTS will introduce the game of soccer by teaching the FUNdamental skills of soccer and improving basic motor skills.

Less than 24 hours before the first game for the Euro U17 Girls Premier Team in the Illinois State Cup, a teammate pulled her hamstring while participating in the two-day Breast Cancer Research & Treatment Walk....something she had commited to way before the State Cup schedule was announced. Our player felt compelled to keep her commitment to actually walk -- to make good on the pledges she had gathered......and was fully commited to playing the game....
Her teammates respected her decision and when 'she went down,' the team continued to honor her by writing her jersey number #11 on their hands as they took to the field on a blustery Sunday in Rockford and WON 4-0! Rocking in Rockford for an injured teammate! ONE for all and all for ONE!
