Congratulations to Euro Soccer Club's U16 girls team for taking 2nd place at the Labor Day Weekend Palatine Celtic Cup.  The team is coached by Hernan Campuzano.

Congratulations U11 Boys and U12 Girls in making it to the FINAL Championship game at the August 26-27 Schaumburg SoccerFest Tournament!

U11Boys win in Shootout, 3-1 and take FIRST PLACE.

August B-B-Q success!  Friday -- the 13th!  We had a great turnout of well over 95 people and great weather --- who could ask for more?!

Thanks to all that came out to enjoy cheeseburgers and hot dogs right off the grill -- and shared the many sides and desserts.  What fun it was to play soccer against parents and coaches, the face-painting and water balloon toss/fight!  Wow, we got it all in before the storm rolled quickly in by dusk. 

Special thanks to Euro High School Players: Gianna Gianfortune for face-painting skills; Mike Agombar, Mark Fiorentino, Tyler Hynes & Chris Pastuovic for managing the balloon toss/fight; and Emily & Hannah Nordberg for organizing soccer collection for Share Your Soles.

West Ham United's Coach James Meara selected six boys from the greater Chicago area to attend the national camp from the June 18-20th camp held at Oakton Community College Des Plaines Campus Soccer Fields hosted by EURO SOCCER CLUB.

Congratulations to the soccer six: Sean Bird, Paul Brown, Richard Pigott, Sam Roe, Jamison Yoder and Aidan Zavala.  You're on your way to the national ID camp!

Euro Soccer Club Kick-Off Meeting is today! .....Wednesday, June 30th at Techny Towers Conference Center, 2001 Waukegan Road - Cafeteria/Lower Level.  Players and Parents Invited!

Please come to meet the coach of your team and learn about the plans for the upcoming 2010-2011 Soccer Year.  Opening remarks by the Directors of the Club .... teams will then break down for small group presentations by the coaches.

6:00 - 7:15 PM Meet for Academy through U13 age groups

7:30 - 8:45 PM Meet for U14, U16, u17 and U18 Girls

We are pleased to be a participant in the 2010 Glenview St. Fair on Saturday, June 26th from 8 AM - 4 PM.  Come and stop by our booth - BOOTH # 57 and visit with the coaches, sign-up for soccer skill building camps, play a few games and win some prizes and even take away a free gift.

Registration for the 2010-2011 Soccer Year will take place on Thursday, June 10th -- 4:30 - 7:30  -- at Glenbrook Sports Academy, 1510 Paddock Drive, Northbrook, IL  60062.

Please bring your paperwork and payment.  Photos will be taken of the player for player pass processing.

Samples of the NEW PUMA uniforms will be available for sizing.

Congratulations to our Euro Girls representing Glenbrook North High School's Freshman team in their Championship at the Niles North Frosh Soccer Tournament!  Jennifer Liberman, Emily Nordberg and Marykate Washelesky - Congratulations on your First Place Win!!

Other Euro Girls participating in the tournament deserve recognition as well:  Rachel Magnus playing for Deerfield HS and Jessie Boyd playing for Highland Park HS.

Parents of all Euro Players -- Make room on your calendars to attend our Fourth Annual Field Fund Benefit on May 21st at 7 PM.
