Did you know that you can become certified as a Referee over ONE weekend? Did you know you can earn money quickly as a Referee or Assistant Referee?
No age limit! – If you are able to take the course, pass the test and have poise and control of the crowd, you can start earning money on weekends!! 
Certification is done on the calendar year; recertification every year is mandatory. If you have never been certified, you must take a two day course; every consecutive year afterward, only a one day refresher course is required.
 
Euro Soccer Club must assign Assistant Referees (Linesmen) for U12 boys and older, and U13 girls and older, games. The Club does pay a minimum of $17.50 per game for U12-U13; $20.00 per game for U14 and $20.00 per game for all high school age groups lined. Center Referees are assigned by the Leagues and earn much higher wages per game. Currently, we are experiencing a serious shortage of ARs!!!

Check your calendar now – look to a weekend when you can take a course to be certified by the Illinois Youth Soccer Association’s certification class and be ready to start earning money for 2012 at Euro Soccer Club and other area youth soccer organizations! Visit IYSA.org – click on REFEREES on left menu bar – click on REFEREE CLINICS on Referee page. Classes fill up quickly!
